Each type of bird has breed specific needs but here is a generalized form describing the feeding of your new family member.  You will recieve specific instructions for your new companion when it is time for them to head to their new home.

Feeding Your Newest Family Member

The handfeeding formula provided was Zupreme Embrace or Zupreme Embrace Plus.

Birds are then weaned to:

v    Zupreme Fruit Blend Pellets

v    Sun Seed Seed Mix

Soft foods your bird was exposed to include:

v    Beak Appetite

v    Crazy Corn

v    L’Avian Plus Bean Cuisine

They have also had the opportunity to enjoy a variety of fruits and vegetables including, but not limited to:

v    Apples

v    Bananas

v    Papaya

v    Mango

v    Sweet Corn

v    Carrots

v    Broccoli

v    Sweet Potato

v    Squash

v    Turnip Greens

v    Mustard Greens

v    Watermelon

Comparable pellet products would include Kaytee Exact, Pretty Bird 

Conure, Roudybush, or Higgins Pellets.

Comparable seed blends would include Kaytee Forti Diet or Brown’s

seed mixes.

Make sure to avoid the following foods which could be poisonous to

your new pet: Avacodos, Caffeine, Chocolate, Alcohol, fruit pits,

Apple Seeds, Cherry Wood, high salt products, concentrated milk fats
